Ingredients : Water, Witch Hazel, Glycerin, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Alcohol, Centella Asiatica Extract, Willow Bark Extract, Camellia Sinensis Leaf, Santalum Spicatum Wood Oil, Dandelion Root Extract, Geranium Maculatum, Equisetum Arvense, Propolis Extract, Jojoba seed oil, Jojoba Esters, Retinol.
How To Use: On clean skin, apply to face & neck in gentle circular motions until fully absorbed. Best suited for use in the PM prior to applying heavier night creams & Oils. If using In the AM, be sure to follow with an SPF of at least 30.

Use for muscle spasms. Heat the stone for three minutes on a pot of boiling water. Let it cool for three minutes before use. Be cautious.
You can place in the freezer for 10 minutes for a frosty face treat.
